ADAMI Dialogue TV Series Conference

ADAMI Dialogue TV Series Conference will be held in Mainz/Wiesbaden, May 7-8, 2020

This year’s ADAMI Dialogue is dedicated to the TV series and its potential to promote cultural diversity. We are inviting broadcasters, independent creative studios and online series editors from the six EU Eastern Partnership countries as well as from the EU, to participate in a two-day conference, 7-8 May at the ZDF Broadcasting Center in Mainz, Germany.

The conference is organized in partnership with the goEast Festival of Central and Eastern European Film in Wiesbaden, where selected TV series from the Eastern Partnership countries will be presented. Participants also will have the opportunity to take part in festival screenings and events.

ADAMI Dialogue participants will learn recent developments and trends in the European TV series landscape. They will get to know colleagues from other parts of Europe, establish cooperation, and - most important - focus on the political power of the TV series format and its potential to contribute to a tolerant, diverse society.

Applications are now open for participants from the Eastern Partnership Countries!

The conference is being organized in close cooperation with the Seriencamp Conference in Munich, with the Film Festival Cologne, which holds an annual TV Series Summit, and with the partnership program of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
